Parisa Khademi is a partner in the Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Ms. Khademi has significant experience defending employers in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits regarding workplace discrimination, retaliation, failure to accommodate, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims. Ms. Khademi represents employers in state and federal courts, before arbitrators, as well as in administrative matters before the DFEH and EEOC. She also provides counseling and advice for clients on a broad spectrum of employment-related counseling issues with an understanding of the dynamic legal landscape of California and national employment laws.

Ms. Khademi handles employment law disputes at all stages: pre-litigation, litigation, trial, and appeals. Her efforts have led her to securing dismissals for her clients both before and during trial.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Khademi worked at one of the nation’s preeminent appellate firms where she assisted in briefing appeals in state and federal courts, including multiple cases before the Supreme Court of the United States
