Mitchell “Mitch” Vachon is an associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Orange County office and is a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. He represents clients in a variety of employment lawsuits and pre-litigation claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
Mitch attended Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia, where he participated in the Transactional Certificate Program. During law school, Mitch interned with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in their Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity department. Following law school, Mitch served as a judicial law clerk for two Georgia Superior Court Judges and subsequently practiced in the areas of personal injury, product liability, and trade secret misappropriation.
