Michelle Zaks is an Associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Ms. Zaks’ practice is focused on Labor and Employment litigation. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. Zaks worked in insurance defense gaining experience defending businesses in various aspects of litigation including multi-plaintiff lawsuits and pre-litigation claims.

Ms. Zaks received her Juris Doctor and Master of Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and the esteemed, Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution, which she uses to develop creative strategies for resolution. During law school, Ms. Zaks externed for the Honorable Stuart M. Rice. Ms. Zaks also served as Executive Editor of the Dispute Resolution Law Journal.
