Michelle Norris is an associate in the Orange County office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. She represents clients in a variety of employment lawsuits and pre-litigation claims for discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour disputes. Ms. Norris also defends employers in wage and hour class actions and PAGA actions.
Ms. Norris graduated from California Western School of Law and received academic honors including three Academic Achievement Awards and the National Order of Scribes Award. Ms. Norris completed a concentration in corporate law upon graduating. During her time in law school, Ms. Norris served as Editor-in-Chief of the California Western Law Review, where she published her first article. Additionally, she served as a research assistant, member of the Appellate Moot Court team, and externed for the Honorable Anthony J. Battaglia in the District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. Norris clerked for the Hon. Michelle M. Pettit in the District Court for the Southern District of California. Prior to law school, Ms. Norris served on active duty as a Surface Warfare Officer in the U.S. Navy.
