Michael R. Riss is an associate attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Chicago Office. Mr. Riss has experience handling a broad range of civil matters in State and Federal Court, including those involving personal torts, complex commercial disputes, and financial services litigation.

Mr. Riss has had multiples successes conducting mediations, negotiating settlement agreements, and obtaining dismissal of cases via dispositive motion practice.  Mr. Riss has significant experience conducting depositions, mediations, attending court hearings, and representing his clients in trial.
