Meghan McNally is an associate attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Downtown Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on the defense of employers against a variety of claims including wage and hour violations, wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and discrimination.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. McNally worked at a plaintiff-side employment law firm, focusing on wage-and-hour class and PAGA actions.
Ms. McNally earned her J.D. from LMU Loyola Law School. While in law school, she taught classes on legal life skills to survivors of domestic violence and helped represent tenants as part of the law school’s landlord-tenant clinic. She graduated from American University in Washington, DC, with dual degrees in Political Science and Public Communication.
