Megan Archibald is an Associate attorney at O’Hagan Meyer and is a member of the Labor & Employment, Data Breach, Privacy, and Cyber Liability, and the Professional Liability practice groups. Megan additionally works with clients on business and intellectual property matters, including registration and licensing.
Megan is also actively involved in the Sports & Entertainment practice group, working extensively in the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) space with student-athletes, universities, businesses, and collectives.
Prior to working for O’Hagan Meyer, Megan worked for a firm in Chicago concentrating on complex civil litigation, representing clients that include product manufacturers and distributors in a variety of cases including products liability, contract disputes, and data breaches. Before entering law school, Megan spent years working in youth sports, managing one of the top volleyball clubs in the country and working directly with middle school and high school athletes.
