Mark represents individuals and businesses involved in such disputes, as well as businesses in various aspects of the real estate industry, including developers and contractors. Other representative areas of Mark’s practice include complex business litigation, including intracompany disputes and commercial litigation matters, and representation by insurance companies in defense of personal injury and property damage claims, as well as first party claims, coverage disputes and bad faith claims against insurance carriers.Prior to entering law school Mark served as a teacher and coach at an independent secondary school. Mark is an avid cyclist and is a member of the Planning Committee for the National Brain Tumor Ride and participates in other fundraising rides. Mark serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Neighbor Brigade, a non-profit corporation that establishes community-specific networks of volunteers to help individuals facing sudden crisis manage day-to-day tasks such as meal preparation, rides, and basic household chores. Mark enjoys cooking for family and friends and serves as a referee in wrestling matches and tournaments at the high school and prep school level throughout Massachusetts.
