Marguerite Meade is a seasoned litigator with over thirty years of experience. She is admitted to practice in all the trial and appellate courts of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is based out of the O’Hagan Meyers San Francisco office. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a variety of employment lawsuits, including suits under Title VII, the ADEA, the ADA, state fair employment and wage and hour laws. Marguerite advises employers regarding compliance with various employment-related state and federal laws. She also has an extensive background in catastrophic injury cases.

Prior to O’Hagan Meyers, Marguerite worked at a San Francisco defense firm and defended various employment and personal injury lawsuits. She defends companies in tort actions including premises liability, personal injury and defective products cases, and against claims of intentional torts such as defamation and assault and battery.
