Marcus Lee is the managing partner of the Las Vegas office of O’Hagan Meyer. Mr. Lee conducts all aspects of employment litigation from single-plaintiff to class-action wage and hour cases, harassment, discrimination, trade secret theft, fraud, and breach of contract with dual licensure in both California and Nevada. Mr. Lee also provides advice and counsel on corporate and employment compliance for employers - recruiting, hiring, background checks, compensation, employee relations, discipline, terminations, leaves of absence, wage and hour, and privacy issues. Mr. Lee’s clients include employers in a broad range of industries from tech, hospitality, entertainment, capital investments, construction, financial services, and retail.
Mr. Lee also leads the firm’s Korean Business Practice Group providing advice and counsel services to international companies operating in the United States as well as their many subsidiaries throughout California and Nevada.
