    Lilias Gordon is an Associate Attorney with the firm’ s Labor & Employment and Litigation Practice groups. Lilias brings to the firm her experience researching and drafting policies to help businesses with employment laws, including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act.

    Lilias joined the firm in May of 2021 after starting her practice at the law firm of Woods Rogers in Roanoke, Virginia.  She graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law, cum laude, where she was an editor for the Journal of Law and Technology and on the Moot Court Executive Board. Lilias received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Wake Forest University where she had the opportunity to volunteer as a Guardian ad Litem Advocate and play Division I soccer.
