Lauren Bressman is an associate in O’Hagan Meyer’s Boston office.  She focuses her practice on civil litigation matters, labor and employment law and franchise law.

She defends franchisees/regional franchisors, franchisees, and other businesses in a range of commercial and employment disputes, including wage-hour litigation, trade secret/non-competition agreements, misclassification and discrimination lawsuits, and common law and statutory claims in business-to-business litigation.  Lauren has experience in all stages of litigation including motion practice, depositions, arbitration, and mediation.

During her time in law school, Lauren cooped at several firms in the Boston area. Lauren served as a Senior Editor on Northeastern University’s Law Review. Lauren is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
