Kyle Clawson is an associate at O’Hagan Meyer’s San Francisco office. Mr. Clawson predominantly handles Labor & Employment matters defending companies and executives in FEHA related matters such as workplace harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Mr. Clawson also defends against complex class action wage and hour claims, including those involving violations of the Private Attorney Generals Act of 2004 (“PAGA”).

During his free time, Mr. Clawson enjoys golfing, attending Bay Area sporting events, reading, watching movies, and experiencing San Francisco’s cuisine and culture.
