Kristen Varda is an associate in the Woodland Hills office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. Kristen’s practice focuses on labor and employment laws, including issues arising under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) and wage and hour claims. She has experience advising clients on employment issues and provides strategic counseling to help employers navigate complex workplace challenges.

In addition to her employment law practice, Kristen’s prior experience includes issues arising out of catastrophic injuries, workers’ compensation, and landlord/tenant disputes. She takes pride in advocating for clients with diligence and compassion.

Known for her thoughtful approach, Kristen listens carefully to her clients’ needs and provides the detailed attention each case deserves, ensuring they are informed and supported every step of the way. Kristen is also fluent in Assyrian.
