Kristal Sinaj is an associate with O’Hagan Meyer’s San Francisco Office where she works as a member of the Intellectual Property and Labor & Employment Practice Groups.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Kristal worked as an associate for a plaintiff-side civil litigation firm, where she litigated complex civil actions, and interned in-house for a Big Four accounting firm and an American-based mass media company, focusing on a variety of privacy, artificial intelligence/new tech, insurance, corporate, intellectual property and entertainment matters.
Kristal obtained her Intellectual Property and Technology Law Certificate with honors from the University of San Francisco School of Law. Her background in the arts and experience working both in the EU and North America has allowed her to diligently and empathetically connect and advocate for her clients.
Kristal is a classically trained pianist and enjoys playing the piano in her spare time.
