Kris Khodaverdian is an attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment and General Corporate groups. Mr. Khodaverdian focuses his practice on labor and employment matters and corporate governance matters, advising clients on labor and employment, corporate governance and other general corporate matters.

Mr. Khodaverdian has significant experience representing employers in wage and hour disputes, class actions, PAGA claims, and providing strategic counseling to ensure compliance with employment laws. Additionally, he advises clients on corporate matters, including business entity structuring, corporate transactions, and governance.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Khodaverdian practiced in the tech, entertainment, and intellectual property sectors, gaining valuable experience in both transactional and advisory roles.
