Kiersten Yamamoto is an Associate in the Downtown Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. She defends employers in single-plaintiff employment actions, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination.

Before joining the firm, Kiersten represented employees, giving her a comprehensive perspective on employment litigation. She draws on that experience to anticipate opposing strategies and deliver efficient, solution-oriented advocacy for her clients.
