Khalid S. Jamal is an Associate in the Orange County office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. He represents clients in a variety of employment lawsuits and pre-litigation claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
Mr. Jamal attended Chapman Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where he was recognized for his strong academic record, earning the Highest-Grade Award in Business Planning and serving as an Academic Fellow for Contracts I & II and Remedies. Mr. Jamal was also a Quarterfinalist in the Golden Gavel Oral Argument Competition and an active member of the ADR competition team, where he competed both regionally and nationally.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Jamal served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Scott C. Clarkson in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
Mr. Jamal’s interest in employment law stems from his experience working in various civil litigation firms focused on representing employers.
