    Kevin is an Associate in the Chicago office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of both the Labor & Employment and Biometric Privacy practice groups. Kevin is a seasoned trial and complex litigation lawyer who represents employers nationwide in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. His employment litigation practice boasts significant experience defending employers against a broad range of single plaintiff and class and collective actions involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, trade secret misappropriation, and restrictive covenant disputes. Kevin also regularly defends employers and technology providers in class actions arising under the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (“BIPA”).

    Kevin also provides outcome-oriented advice and counseling to clients regarding virtually all employment matters, including hiring and separations, employee discipline, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, restrictive covenants, reasonable accommodations, workplace policies and best practices, and BIPA litigation prevention and compliance.
