Kara Yi Lin White is an Associate Attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Richmond office. Her practice primarily focuses on labor and employment matters and litigation. Kara partners with clients to identify key legal considerations and provide strategic guidance, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the legal process.

While attending William & Mary Law School, Kara served on the Executive Board of the William & Mary Business Law Review as an Articles Editor. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice & Law and Psychology from American University. Kara also participated in O’Hagan Meyer’s 2024 Summer Associate Program.
