Kandice Canchan is a partner in O’Hagan Meyer’s Labor and Employment Practice Group. She has extensive experience representing employers in litigation before state and federal courts, in pre-litigation matters, and arbitrations involving Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”), Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”), Americans with Disabilities Act, Unruh Civil Rights Act, Labor Code, Federal Medical Leave Act and California Family Rights Act. Ms. Canchan’s keen attention to detail has garnered her clients from small family businesses to multi-million-dollar companies.
