Justin D. Lee is an Associate Attorney in the Labor and Employment Litigation Group at O’Hagan Meyer. He represents employers in a variety of labor and employment cases involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, claims under the Private Attorney General’s Act (PAGA), and wage & hour litigation, both individual and class action.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Justin worked for a New York-based firm in their Los Angeles office where he represented both employers and employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wage & hour cases. Justin is a Certified Information Privacy Professional with expertise in U.S. privacy laws and regulations (CIPP/US).
