John Brubaker is an Associate in the Philadelphia office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. He brings over a decade of litigation experience in labor and employment law, having prosecuted and defended cases in private practice, during his tenure with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and for the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. John has a particular focus on multi-plaintiff and class action litigation, with a strong track record of securing favorable outcomes at the pleading, summary judgment, and trial stages.
In addition to his labor and employment expertise, John has successfully litigated complex, multimillion-dollar commercial disputes involving negligence, breach of contract, insurance recovery, indemnification, products liability, and breach of warranty on behalf of Fortune 500 companies.
Outside of the office, John enjoys exploring art galleries, playing amateur baseball, honing his guitar skills, cooking, and experiencing Philadelphia’s renowned culinary scene.
