John Orr is an associate in the Las Vegas office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. John focuses his practice on defending employers in employment litigation matters, such as sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. John also counsels executives and employers on a variety of personnel matters, including termination decisions, non-compete and solicitation issues, leave and accommodation requests, and workplace investigations.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, John worked for a national litigation firm where he defended healthcare providers, nursing facilities, and addiction treatment centers in malpractice and tort litigation. He routinely counseled healthcare industry clients with respect to risk-management and compliance issues. His practice also included defending insurers in payor-provider disputes.
