Jin Im-Saeteurn is a partner in the San Francisco Office of O’Hagan Meyer. Ms. Im-Saeteurn is a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. She is an experienced litigator who has handled complex employment, intellectual property, and commercial litigation matters for local, national, and global clients.

Ms. Im-Saeteurn has managed high-stakes cases from initial investigation through resolution, including settlement and trial. Since 2009, she has gained extensive courtroom experience by conducting trials and arguing dispositive motions. She is a strong client advocate who seeks successful solutions to legal problems.

Currently, Ms. Im-Saeteurn represents clients for single plaintiff, class action, and PAGA cases. She is a trusted advisor to management and human resources on all employment issues including state and federal law compliance, discrimination claims, and wage and hour violations.
