    Jessica Kish Kennedy has 25 years of experience handling and resolving business disputes and complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining O’Hagan, Jessica was a founding partner at a firm specializing in high exposure, large loss matters for commercial insurers and private corporate clients.   As panel counsel for national insurers, Jessica handled highly specialized litigation involving major trauma, pedestrian fatality, and life-altering injuries.  She has worked with medical experts, engineers, actuaries, investigators, and other professionals to create litigation strategies designed to resolve disputes as expeditiously and efficiently as possible.

    In addition to her defense work, Jessica has class action and mass tort experience, including work on the industry-leading prescription opiate Bellwether trials against international drug companies, manufacturers, and distributors.  (In re: National Prescription Opiate Litigation, MDL No. 2804, 1:17-cv-2804).  Jessica has experience in matters involving employment discrimination, business disputes, construction defect, professional malpractice, consumer protection/bad faith, and catastrophic personal injury.

    Prior to her law career, Jessica was a technical writer at IBM Corporation, which provided her with unique experience in translating complex concepts into straightforward content for laypeople and juries to understand.
