Jeremy Stern is an Associate attorney at O'Hagan Meyer's Downtown Los Angeles office and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Mr. Stern represents employers in class action matters involving wage and hour disputes, unfair competition laws, and the Private Attorneys General Act.
Mr. Stern is also a member of the Sports Law & NIL Practice, working primarily with NIL Collectives, Universities, Businesses, Sponsors, and Student Athletes on legal issues surrounding Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities now available to college and high school athletes.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Stern worked for a law firm that handled class action employment matters for Plaintiffs.
Mr. Stern earned degrees in Economics and History at Bucknell University. He earned his J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Stern worked closely with lawyers and agents to advise and represent talent in the sports and entertainment industries.
