Jason brings a creative, problem solving approach to his litigation practice, which includes work in a variety of areas such as product liability and tort litigation, commercial and business litigation, professional liability matters involving architects, engineers and construction, as well as transportation matters. He has equal experience handling matters in both state and federal court. Jason is well-versed in various state and federal laws regarding consumer protection, class action certification, and has assisted clients across a number of industries including trucking, commercial leasing, rideshare companies, property management, marketing, real estate, consumer lending and healthcare administration. Armed with a proven track record for success, Jason prioritizes client service and ensures his clients are informed and prepared throughout the litigation process. Jason recently served for 4 years on the board of Equality Illinois, the Midwest’s largest LGBTQ non-profit. In his free time, Jason enjoys seeing live music and biking along the lakefront trail. Jason regularly volunteers at the Lakeview Pantry, an organization dedicated to ending hunger in Chicago communities.
