Jason Ruggerio is an Associate Attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Chicago office where he currently practices in the ERISA & Employee Benefits practice group. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer he was employed as a Senior Attorney at a nationwide collection firm where he represented public and private creditors in commercial collection matters resulting in extensive practice in all areas of civil litigation including mediation and arbitration.
