Irene Gharapet is an associate in the Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice primarily focuses on defending employers and managerial employees in individual and multi-plaintiff lawsuits involving claims of workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive process, and wrongful termination in both state and federal court, as well as in arbitration. Ms. Gharapet also assists clients with pre-litigation resolution of employee disputes, using her experience to achieve favorable outcomes.
Ms. Gharapet zealously advocates for her clients through all stages of litigation, including discovery, taking and defending depositions, pre-trial and dispositive motions, client relations, and mediations.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ms. Gharapet served as an associate at a full-service national law firm where she defended multi-plaintiff and multi-defendant labor and employment and wage and hour claims for insurance carriers and private clients.
Ms. Gharapet is licensed to practice law in all State Courts of California, as well as the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
