    Holly Walker is a Partner in the Las Vegas office of O’Hagan Meyer. She represents and advises employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination and harassment litigation. She also assists employers with drafting handbooks and agreements, presenting anti-discrimination and harassment trainings, conducting internal audits and investigations, evaluating accommodation requests, and assessing performance management and termination.

    Born and raised in Las Vegas, Holly has been committed to her community. Holly graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with both Department and University Honors, was named to the Dean’s List, and was the inaugural recipient of the MGM MIRAGE Academic Excellence Scholarship. While attending law school, she was a fellow of the State Bar of Nevada Professional Development Program, named to the Dean’s List, and received seven CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for earning the highest grade in her class.

    Following law school, Holly completed judicial clerkships at the Supreme Court of Nevada, Nevada Court of Appeals, and Eighth Judicial District Court. Her experience with the intricacies of the court system is extensive, as she was the first person in history to serve as a judicial law clerk for all three levels of the Nevada state judiciary.

    Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Holly worked for multiple national law firms. She has represented a variety of clients – including local businesses and Fortune 500 companies – in all areas of labor and employment litigation and complex commercial litigation.
