Grace Miller is an Associate Attorney at O’Hagan Meyer’s Philadelphia office. Grace’s practice includes representation of clients in a wide array of labor and employment matters. This includes labor and employment litigation in federal court, state court, and administrative agencies involving Title VII, The Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Philadelphia Fair Practices Ordinance, the Pennsylvania Uniform Trade Secrets Act, and numerous common law claims such as those involving breach of contract and non-compete.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Grace gained ample experience serving the city of Philadelphia with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office before transitioning over to the civil side to focus on her passion for labor and employment law.
