Geoffrey Hersch is an attorney in the San Francisco office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. He defends businesses and individuals in a variety of employment matters including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and retaliation litigation.

Mr. Hersch also has extensive experience defending personal injury cases involving traumatic brain injuries, premises liability, and transportation claims. He has experience representing clients in all phases of litigation from pre-litigation through trial. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Mr. Hersch spent over five years at an Am Law 100 firm representing clients in personal injury and employment matters and has resolved numerous cases through informal negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and several successful motions for summary judgment.

In his free time, Mr. Hersch enjoys spending time with his wife and family. His hobbies include skiing, golfing, and hiking.
