    As an associate, Fazeleh possesses a wide range of experience in navigating employment matters and ensuring compliance with relevant and applicable employment laws. She focuses her practice on assisting employers in proactively handling employment issues by adopting effective policies and procedures, as well as defending employers in disputes and audits conducted by federal agencies.

    During her tenure at Georgia State University College of Law, Fazeleh participated in several experiential opportunities, including the Landlord-Tenant Mediation Clinic and the Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic. She is a trained mediator and is registered as a Neutral with the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution.

    Fazeleh has a strong penchant for research and was an active Research Assistant throughout her academic journey, encompassing her time at both law school and undergrad. Her research endeavors span a plethora of topics, such as product liability for generic medication, the impact of state-specific Medicaid prior authorization requirements on low-income families seeking Sickle Cell treatment, and various issues related to reverse mortgages. Additionally, Fazeleh was awarded a fellowship with the Impact Investing Research Consortium, where she contributed to meaningful research in the field of impact investing.

    Fazeleh earned her Bachelor of Commerce in 2020, specializing in Finance, from the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business. While at UBC, she was highly involved on campus and served as a Student Ambassador.

    As a Canadian, Fazeleh took a bold step by relocating to Atlanta for law school. She has developed a fondness for the city and its warmer climate but cherishes the opportunity to spend her winter holidays back in Canada with her family. Having grown up in Canada, Fazeleh retains a strong connection to her Persian heritage and is fluent in Farsi.

    Outside of her professional life, Fazeleh has a plethora of interests and hobbies. She is passionate about graphic design, managing popular Instagram meme accounts, and spending quality time with her cat, Teeny. Recently, Fazeleh has taken up golf and founded a Women’s Golf Club.
