    Eve Campbell is a Partner in the Richmond office of O’Hagan Meyer, PLLC.  In her practice, Ms. Campbell has defended all types of commercial business cases and professional liability cases.  Ms. Campbell’s practice also extends to defending employers and fiduciaries in claims under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act.  She is a member of the Professional Liability Attorney Network, a national association of law firms with professional liability practices.

    In addition to her commercial and professional liability practice, Ms. Campbell defends employers in a wide variety of litigation matters arising out of claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, and claims of sexual harassment and race or gender discrimination arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act.  For the last 20 years, Eve has defended professionals in regulatory hearings, employers in administrative hearings before the EEOC, tried cases in state and federal courts around the country and has argued appeals to the Virginia Supreme Court.

    Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Eve was a partner with an AmLaw 200 law firm. She has been recognized as one of Virginia’s “Legal Elite” by Virginia Business magazine and has been named one of the top up-and-coming lawyers in the state by Virginia Super Lawyers Rising Star magazine. Ms. Campbell has received the AV® Preeminent™ Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, its highest rating available.

    Eve graduated from the University of Virginia where she was a member of the Dean’s List.  She earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, where she was a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society.  While in law school, she served as Internal Editor for the Widener Journal of Public Law.  Following law school, Ms. Campbell was selected to serve as a federal law clerk to The Honorable James A. Beaty, Jr., United States District Court Judge for the Middle District of North Carolina.
