Eric Zeiger is an associate in the Los Angeles office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Mr. Zeiger has noteworthy and practical experience representing and advising employers in all aspects employment law, including workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, and wage and hour matters. Mr. Zeiger defends employers in individual and multi-plaintiff pre-litigation claims and lawsuits.
Mr. Zeiger has represented his clients in all phases of litigation ranging from conducting pre-litigation investigations, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, and serving as trial counsel. Mr. Zeiger also has appellate court experience, has drafted numerous appellate court briefs, and has argued before the California Second District Court of Appeal.
In addition to his employment experience, Mr. Zeiger has significant experience representing attorneys and accountants in a wide variety of professional liability matters. Mr. Zeiger has also represented employers in personal injury, insurance coverage, and construction defect matters.
