Emily Chen is an Associate Attorney at O’Hagan Meyer’s Orange County office. Ms. Chen focuses her practice primarily on insurance defense, including matters related to premises liability, ADA defense, and personal injury litigation.

With a strong interest in employment law, she has gained valuable experience in both in-court representation and out-of-court advisory work. During law school, she handled plaintiff-side EEOC and FEHA claims as a legal extern, further enhancing her knowledge in this area.

Ms. Chen is a graduate of the TechEdge J.D. program at Santa Clara University School of Law, where she contributed as an editor to the Artificial Intelligence for Law, Social Impact, and Equity blog.
