Dustin Pokorny is an associate in the Labor & Employment practice group of O’Hagan Meyer’s Downtown Los Angeles office. He represents clients in a wide range of employment matters, such as discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour liability.

Dustin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, he acted as the Senior Membership Editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice.
