Drake is an associate attorney in the Las Vegas Office focusing primarily on commercial and business litigation. He has represented clients on a variety of complex disputes, including class actions, product liability, contract disputes, government investigations, securities litigation, employment law, privacy law, fraud and civil RICO, financial services, and telecommunication carrier disputes.

Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Drake was an associate with Snell & Wilmer and before that Sidley Austin, LLP. He also interned for the Arizona Superior Court and Nevada’s Attorney General’s Office.
