Corey C. Bartkus is an Associate Attorney in the Denver office of O’Hagan Meyer. His practice centers around the defense of large and midsize employers in a wide range of employment litigation claims, including discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, disability, and violation of wage and hour laws. Mr. Bartkus handles all stages of litigation in federal and state court, as well as assisting clients in administrative actions before the Colorado Civil Rights Division and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Bartkus advises clients on compliance with ever-changing federal, state, and local laws and regulations, employment handbooks, and policies. Mr. Bartkus’s top priority is obtaining a favorable and efficient resolution of disputes in the best interests of his clients.

Outside of his employment law practice, Mr. Bartkus also has experience in defending a wide range of civil rights, medical malpractice, and breach of contract matters.
