Mrs. Reilly-O’Dwyer has significant experience in all matters of litigation, including conducting depositions, mediations, attending hearings and representing clients at trials. Mrs. Reilly-O’Dwyer excels in a courtroom where her oral advocacy skills shine through. She is a well-respected advocate who always works her cases with her clients’ desired outcome at the forefront, whether that goal be to amicably resolve the dispute or to engage in litigation to correct a wrongdoing.

    Prior to joining O’Hagan & Meyer, Mrs. Reilly-O’Dwyer was an attorney at a large litigation firm in Washington, D.C. where her primary practice focused on the defense of claims arising from medical malpractice and complex tort disputes. Mrs. Reilly-O’Dwyer has also worked at a boutique Washington, D.C. firm where she was responsible for a variety of general liability cases as well as handling a portion of the firm’s labor and employment practice, which included collective bargaining contract disputes and first chairing trials before administrative bodies. Mrs. Reilly-O’Dwyer’s experience also includes working at a mid-sized litigation firm in New York City, wherein she primarily handled the defense of complex medical malpractice matters.

    Mrs. Reilly-O’Dwyer has experience representing clients in bankruptcies, particularly Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 as well as cases involving product liability.
