    Ms. Reilly is an attorney in O’Hagan Meyer’s Alexandria, Virginia office, where she is a member of the firm’s Employment Law Group. Ms. Reilly has extensive experience handling a broad range of civil matters, including those involving general liability, employment litigation, and medical malpractice. Ms. Reilly is admitted to practice in New York, Washington, D.C., and Maryland.

    Ms. Reilly has had multiple successes conducting mediations, negotiating settlement agreements and in obtaining the dismissal of cases via dispositive motion practice. Ms. Reilly has significant experience conducting depositions, mediations, and attending hearings.

    Prior to joining O’Hagan & Meyer, Ms. Reilly was an attorney at a large litigation firm in Washington, D.C. where her primary practice focused on the defense of claims arising from medical malpractice and complex tort disputes. Ms. Reilly has also worked at a boutique Washington, D.C. firm where she was responsible for a variety of general liability cases as well as handling a portion of the firm’s labor and employment practice, which included collective bargaining contract disputes and conducting trials before administrative bodies.  Ms. Reilly’s experience also includes working at a mid-sized litigation firm in New York City, wherein she primarily handled the defense of medical malpractice matters.

    Ms. Reilly has experience representing clients in bankruptcies, particularly Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 as well as cases involving product liability.
