Candice Diah-Okyar is a Partner in the Charlotte office of O’Hagan Meyer. She is a member of the firm’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Group and its Labor & Employment Practice Group.
Candice has significant experience defending clients in class action cases involving data breaches, privacy violations, and data tracking claims. She also represents employers in a wide variety of labor and employment matters in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies.
Candice has also devoted a portion of her practice to representing real estate professionals in professional negligence litigation and before licensing boards.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Candice served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Donald L. Graham of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
