- Professional Overview
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Candice served as a judicial law clerk to The Honorable Donald L. Graham of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, managing a busy docket of both civil and criminal cases. While clerking, she served as a member of the C.A.R.E. (Court-Assisted Reentry) Court Program and was an active member of the South Florida legal community. Prior to her clerkship, Candice worked as a litigation associate at a civil litigation firm in South Florida, handling a variety of complex tort cases in state and federal courts.
Currently, Candice handles Commercial & Business Litigation, Labor & Employment Matters, and Data Breach and Privacy Class Actions in both state and federal courts all around the country. - Practice Areas
