Bernice Wu is an associate attorney in the San Francisco office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment practice group. She handles a variety of cases including employment law, labor law, and personal injury law. In addition to these practice areas, Bernice's expertise included the False Claims Act, Stark and Anti-Kickback compliance and work place violence restraining orders.

Bernice represents employers in jury trials, arbitrations and before agencies including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. California Civil Rights Department and the Medical Board of California. She also provides human resources advice and contract review.

During law school, Bernice externed with the Federal Labor Relations Authority and with the California Court of Appeal for Justice Jon Streeter. Bernice was an intern for the Merit Systems Protection Board. She was also a member of the University of San Francisco Law Review.

Prior to law school, Bernice was as an engineer for a natural gas utility company working in pipeline integrity, safety, and regulations.
