Austin M. Pegues is an Associate Attorney in the Labor and Employment Litigation Group at O’Hagan Meyer. His practice focuses primarily on labor and employment law, but Austin also has a well-versed background in an array of aspects of corporate and securities laws. In addition to his practice Austin also provides advice and counsel to businesses on many aspects including policies and employment matters, securities regulations, contract analysis, and general corporate counsel. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer Austin assisted multiple businesses, large and small, by helping them create employment agreements, abide by regulatory requirements, file necessary state and federal filings, providing securities counsel and corporate guidance.

Austin received his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law. After passing the bar and while practicing in California, Austin attended the University of California, Los Angeles where he obtained his LL.M.
