    André, originally a South Florida native, is a dedicated employment attorney in our Chicago office. His practice encompasses representing and counseling employers on various discrimination, harassment, wage & hour, policies, discipline, and compliance issues. He has litigation experience in both federal and state courts, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Illinois Human Rights Commission, and other various administrative agencies. He also has experience negotiating settlements and contracts, facilitating trainings, and handling class and collective actions. He is a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc.

    André received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees from the University of Florida. He then earned is Juris Doctor from the UIC John Marshall Law School in Chicago. During law school, André competed on national moot competitions and was a member of the Moot Court Honor society where he served as an executive board member.
