Ally McLain is an attorney in the Portland, Oregon office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice. Her practice focuses on employment law litigation and advice, including issues related to discrimination and harassment, wage and hour laws, disability accommodations, and terminations. Her practice also includes commercial and business litigation.
Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, Ally was an attorney with an AmLaw 100 law firm in the Labor & Employment Practice. Prior to that, she spent over three years as a workers’ compensation defense attorney in Oregon.
Ally graduated from Oregon State University, summa cum laude, with a B.S. in Food Science & Technology. After working as a quality supervisor in a granola bar manufacturing plant, she realized she wanted to counsel employers at a higher level and went to law school. Ally earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School. During law school, Ally clerked with the Bonneville Power Administration for two years and served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review.
In her free time, Ally enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
