After working as a quality supervisor in a granola bar manufacturing plant, she realized she wanted to counsel employers at a higher level and went to law school. Ally earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from Lewis & Clark Law School. During law school, Ally clerked with the Bonneville Power Administration for two years and served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Lewis & Clark Law Review.

    In her free time, Ally enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.
