    Alexa Perivolotis is an Associate Attorney in the Charlotte office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the firm’s Labor & Employment practice group. She represents clients in a wide range of labor and employment matters, as well as in commercial business disputes.

    Alexa is also a member of the firm’s Data Privacy & Cybersecurity practice. In this role, she counsels companies on preventing and responding to data security incidents, including network intrusions, data theft, fraudulent fund transfers, ransomware attacks, and inadvertent disclosures. She also represents companies in data breach, data privacy, and data tracking class actions in state and federal courts nationwide.

    In addition, Alexa devotes a portion of her practice to representing real estate professionals in professional negligence litigation.

    Alexa earned her J.D. from New England Law | Boston, where she focused her studies on business law and intellectual property. Prior to joining O’Hagan Meyer, she worked at a plaintiff-side personal injury firm.
