Adam is an experienced litigator and trial attorney and manages all phases of the litigation process from investigation to trial through appeal. Adam focuses his practice on employment law, directors and officers liability, general liability, direct service provider litigation and regulatory compliance, long term care defense, and appeals. He represents nonprofit and for-profit businesses and business owners in a variety of litigation matters. Adam’s experience includes contracting, criminal defense, family law and bankruptcy.

Adam previously served as General Counsel to Wordsworth, a nonprofit provider of behavioral health, child welfare and education programs to children and families in the Philadelphia area.
