    Abigail Fallon is an Associate Attorney in the Portland, Oregon office of O’Hagan Meyer and a member of the Labor & Employment Practice.

    Before joining O’Hagan Meyer, Abigail was an Assistant Attorney General at the Oregon Department of Justice, serving in the Special Litigation Unit of the Trial Division and the Child Advocacy and Protection Division. Previously, she served as a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Michael J. McShane at the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon.

    Abigail graduated from Lindenwood University, magna cum laude, with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Journalism. She then earned her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law, where she focused on Public Interest and Criminal Law.

    During law school, Abigail externed at the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, Lane County Legal Aid, Earthjustice, and the Lane County District Attorney’s Office. She also served as an Executive Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law & Litigation.

    Abigail loves music, plant-based cooking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her dog, Pepper.
